At Calido Logs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium firewood and heating supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Goods

  Ensure the logs or heating accessories are securely packed in their original crates or packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized hauliers to schedule a convenient pickup time for bulk timber and palletized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality and moisture content, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
